The Hoffman Patent Group is pleased to
announce that Justin D. Lee has joined the firm. Justin brings
several different types of experience with him. He worked three years
as a computer programmer. Since we handle a substantial number of software, internet business method and
smart phone apps, his programming experience provides the right
perspective.
He also worked for Razor LLC USA, the scooter company, handling a
broad variety of matters, such as foreign filing, trademark,
licensing, electrical and mechanical patent applications, and
litigation. Justin has also been in a patent firm drafting patent applications.
TEN YEAR ANNIVERSARY: This coming January
is also the firm's ten year anniversary. We look forward
to the next ten years!

Tip of the Month
Make sure your
graphic artist and/or web designer obtained a license for any photos
or artwork they put on your site but that they did not create. If
they can't produce a license, consider having them replace the
artwork or photos with comparable works and show you the license for
those.
